Change of Address Instructions

  • Complete the Change of Address Form.  If you need assistance completing the form or have questions, please call Katie Geary at (609) 748-1250 Ext. 1015.  

  • Submit the change of address form and your proof of residency to Katie Geary.  Forms and residency documentation can be emailed to: Gearyk@gtps.k12.nj.us or faxed to (609) 748-1796.  If you would like to drop your documents off the address is 101 S Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205.

    • Three proofs of residency are required.

    • Proofs of Residency: 

      • A) Deed/Lease/Agreement of Sale

      •  B) Two Utility Bills/Billing Statements or other appropriate documentation

  • NOTE: Contracts to purchase or lease a property may be used to initiate the change of address.  Additional verification of residency (Deed/Utility BIlls or other appropriate documentation) must be submitted within 45 days of the first date of lease or date of purchase. 

  • Once the Change of Address Form and any corresponding proofs of residency are submitted, we will notify your student’s current school and your new school (if applicable).  

  • The transportation department will receive your new address. If you are eligible for transportation, our transportation coordinator, Ms. Debbie Kaufmann will email an updated bus pass.
