Yoga

The Yoga Club at GTMS is a chance for students to practice yoga postures while learning about how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection, and increase strength and flexibility. Students will have the opportunity to learn different yoga poses, and share what they know about Yoga with club members & friends. Yoga promotes total body strength and endurance by using your own body weight as resistance. Students will be able to improve their posture, balance, and coordination while learning their favorite yoga poses to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
