The GTMS Student Council  promotes good citizenship, encourages a high standard of scholarship and helps to arouse school spirit. Members are encouraged to become involved in the school in a positive manner.

Student council representative are elected at the beginning of the year and runner ups serve as alternate representatives. The council meets weekly and is guided by a president and cabinet who follow the Constitution for the Galloway Township Middle School Student Council. Positions including President are elected by the student council representatives.
